Mukesh Goel is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company, with over 25 years of experience in the iron & steel and allied industries.

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Calcutta University, he began his career trading in iron & steel long products such as angles and channels, before transitioning into manufacturing the same product range from FY 2009-10 onwards.

Over the years, he has also built diverse business experience across cement and women's garment retail and wholesale trading. As Managing Director, he drives the Company's strategic direction and oversees its day-to-day operations.

Manoj Goel is a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with over 22 years of experience in the iron & steel industry.

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Calcutta University, he joined his brother, Mr. Mukesh Goel, in the Company's iron & steel manufacturing business.

He currently leads the Company's marketing efforts and oversees raw material procurement.

Nilu Nigania is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company and has been associated with it since 2018, contributing valuable independent perspectives to the Board and its committees.

A Company Secretary by profession, she is registered in the Independent Directors' Databank and brings over 10 years of experience in company secretarial practice and corporate governance.

Amit Kumar Agarwalla is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, having joined the Board on September 10, 2025.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he brings close to 18 years of experience in taxation and accounting, contributing valuable financial and technical insight to the Board and the committees he serves on.
