Mukesh Goel is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and brings over 25 years of experience in the iron & steel and allied industries.

He began his career as an iron & steel broker, subsequently building expertise in trading, and has also gained diverse business experience across cement and women's garment retailing and wholesaling. In 2009, he played a key role in the acquisition of the Company from its erstwhile promoters.

As Managing Director, he oversees the Company's day-to-day operations and provides strategic direction to drive its growth.

Manoj Goel is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and has over 22 years of experience in the iron & steel industry, having begun his career in iron & steel trading.

He is also actively involved in the family's garment and cement businesses. At the Company, he leads marketing efforts for its products and oversees raw material procurement.

Nilu Nigania is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company and has been associated with it since 2018, contributing valuable independent perspectives to the Board and its committees.

A Company Secretary by profession, she is registered in the Independent Directors' Databank and brings over 10 years of experience in company secretarial practice and corporate governance.

Amit Kumar Agarwalla is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, having joined the Board on September 10, 2025.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he brings close to 18 years of experience in taxation and accounting, contributing valuable financial and technical insight to the Board and the committees he serves on.
